DCTV We're At - bringing you videos from the Festival

We’re delighted to have DCTV (Dublin Community Television) working with the Festival this year, bringing their WE’RE AT shows to your screens.

They’ve been working with festivals including the Dublin Gay Theatre Festival, the Dublin Dance Festival and now ourselves to give you a flavour of the Festival, of what’s going on and what people can expect and/or are missing out on!

Here’s their first show, from Day One of the Festival:

Dublin Writers Festival Show One from Were At… on Vimeo.

There was a real sense of occasion with this episode, and as flag bearers peddled their wares outside the studio window Scottish poet and journalist Donny O’ Rourke and song writer Dave Whyte cracked us up with an account of their own relationship of opposites.

Kevin MacNeil, author of Love and Zen in the Outer Hebrides finished us off with details of his performance at the Jekyll and Hyde Inheritance .  Out in the streets, our roving reports found out just which Irish literary greats Dubliners really dug.

You can keep up with all the videos that We’re At… right here.
